    As a 'recovering ultra,' one of my main problems has been picking up speed in the legs again. I became used to slowing the pace right down in preparation for the longer distance, and whilst I enjoyed the difference in training, I am keen to return to a more consistent, and steady pace that I am used to and that will help to put me in a position that I can push for PB's again! Any hints / tips would be helpful!
