Racing and being competitive really was not why I got into running – much more a desire to get healthy and lose some weight – but now I find the buzz of a race itself a real incentive to push hard and compete.

I realise I am never going to win any of the races I enter....

Out of plaster is a fantastic feeling and one that highlights another point in my journey.

That feeling when you need to release an air sac in your joint and hear a click, creating instant pain relief! Well it happened a week after having the plaster off, my ankle click...

I love to enter competitions and giveaways as some of you might know, especially the Team Tedious lads. I’ve been lucky in the past, and on May 1st I won another competition with an amazing prize.

Since January, I've been using this platform to share my journey leading up to #MyChicagoMarathon (O...

Hello Dad’s everywhere, hope you are all well and starting some spring / summer activities.

Great to see Anthony and other Running Dads in the London Marathon, very well done, I hope you raised lots of money for your different Charities.

I am busy organising a Charity Ev...

Crossing the finish line in last place and I was loving it.

Sounds strange doesn’t it?

Especially after coming 7th in last year’s race.

But that’s what happened to me at my last race, the Stockton Duathlon.

I luckily won two free places for the duathlon a few weeks before...
