I’m sat in my kitchen writing this in early January 2018.
Another year has been and gone and I remain deeply unhappy with my weight and am desperate to make the changes necessary to ensure I’ve not wasted £30 buying this domain name.
Since I decided to do a blog there’s been several false starts and a few broken promises, but they simply have to stop, there is no alternative. I AM going to get fit by 40.
I’ve got a plan to ensure this happens which is contained within the pages of this crappy little blog. Put simply, I am going to lose weight. Lots of it.
